DELIVERY METHODS

 

With us, you can choose one of the international carriers GLS, DPD, Mail Order (Zásilkovna) for delivery directly to the address or at the dispensing points. 

 

It is now also possible to pick up orders in person at our Wonderful office at Elišky Krásnohorské 12, Prague 1, Monday - Friday between 12:00 - 16:00 for orders paid in advance or, when handed over, by card only (we do not accept cash). Orders with payment by card upon receipt can be picked up within 5 business days of receiving the e-mail about the prepared order.

 

Upon receipt from the courier company or the delivery point (Zásilkovna), check the condition of the package of the consignment for damage, such as tearing or wetness. In the event of any damage or suspicion, record this reservation and damage specification in the driver's log when signing the receipt of the consignment. In case of doubts about the condition of the packaging or shipment, you have the option to reject the shipment. In this case, let us know immediately about the next steps.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

 

Paying by card in advance (online via the Internet)

 

●      This is a very convenient method of payment. After creating the order, you are redirected to the bank's secure payment gateway, where you enter the necessary payment information. If the transaction is authorized, payment will be made immediately and we will send your products to you no later than the next business day.

●      We support the 3D Secure protocol. Our employees do not have access to your card details. Instead, only the bank deals with your private information.

●      Are you tired of filling in payment details? Simply save your payment card the next time you make a purchase by clicking on “Remember Card” for the next purchase. Your payment details will be stored as secure information in our payment gateway, and the next time you make a purchase, you just choose which card you want to pay with, without having to fill in the required information. Our employees do not have access to this private information. Your saved credit cards can be managed in your account in the “My Credit Cards” tab.

 

Bank Transfer

 

●      After receiving your order, we will send you an account number and a variable symbol. You will pay for the products in advance to our bank account at Fio banka. After receiving the payment, we send the products, informing you of the date when the shipment will arrive.

●      It is important to enter the correct variable symbol so that we can assign the payment to your order.

Cash On Delivery

 

You pay cash for the products only upon receipt of the products by courier (only in the Czech Republic) or at a selected dispensing point (Zasilkovna.cz). Currently, it is not possible to pay by cash on delivery via Zásilkovna.

 

Twisto Pay (Attention: Currently this service is not available.)

 

●      Shop at Wonderful the way you are used to.

●      In the cart, select Twisto as the method of payment.

●      You will receive payment information by email.

●      The order will be shipped immediately.

●      You have 14 days from the date of delivery to pay.

 

How to pay a Twisto invoice?
