Delivery methods

GLS courier 96 CZK

  • The ordered product is delivered via the GLS courier company
  • In the morning before delivery, the courier will contact you and arrange the exact place and time of delivery with you
  • Delivery within 2 working days
  • When using this mode of transport, it is necessary to enter the telephone number where you can be reached
  • You can track the shipment at: in the menu you will find the field "tracking the shipment" where you write the shipment number, which is sent to you by email.
  • GLS offers the option of paying the cash on delivery package not only in cash, but also by credit card. There is no charge for the recipient for this service. You can pay with all common payment cards issued in the Czech Republic
  • When checking the shipment, please check the condition of the package of the shipment, especially whether our tape is not damaged in any way and is not repaired with tape with another print, white tape or transparent tape. In the event of any damage or suspicion, record this reservation and damage specification in the driver's log when signing the receipt of the consignment.   • Standard delivery within 2 working days
  • At the time of shipment, information about the shipment is delivered to your email and the shipment number will be sent to you. You can then check online where your shipment is located here

Payment options

Payment card in advance online via the Internett)

  • Very convenient method of payment. After creating the order, you are redirected to the bank's secure payment gateway, where you enter the necessary data. If the transaction is authorized, payment will be made immediately and we will send the goods no later than the next working day.
